I started taking alipurinal along with naporsyn for gout and the next day I started having some bleeding with my stools. Can this medicine do this? Not sure if its hemmoroids anal fissure Im afraid its cancer!

Any bleeding from the rectum should be discussed with your doctor. It is more likely to be something simple like haemorrhoids, an anal fissure or even (but unlikely) a side effect of the naprosyn, but you should definitely get it checked out.
