Hi....My boyfriend and I haven't had sex in a while ...stay about 3 weeks and the other we had sex and my lips of my vagina had swollen up!!! Is this to be worried about...cause it is causing be great discomfort?

The most likely explanation is a common vaginal infection called thrush. This is not a sexually transmitted infection and it is easily treated. Read our article for more information.
